What We Believe

Our mission to improve clinical operations

Time is our most precious resource

Clinic staff spend too much time on repetitive administrative tasks, keeping them from working on high-value work. This contributes to staff burnout and employee churn, as well as patient dissatisfaction.

Artifical Intelligence
Artifical intelligence can transform healthcare

Lots of people are using AI to answer challenging questions in medical diagnostics and treatment. But there are many opportunities in healthcare related to improving clinical operations which have been ignored for years. (We've seen many of these problems first-hand!)

We believe in the power of technology to help clinics automate administrative tasks and operational workflows, improving patient and staff satisfaction.

Leadership Team

Merit was founded by a team of digital health and technology executives with experience working at companies like Google, Providence St. Joseph Health, NIH, CDC, Medicast, DXC Technology, Nokia, Sprint and Vodafone.
